Boom Shot TD — Terms of Service

Effective date: October 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Moon2 Games ("we", "us") for the mobile game Boom Shot TD (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who Can Play

The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian, and get their permission before making any purchase.

2. Your License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its art, sound, code and characters, belongs to us or our licensors.

3. Your Game Account and Save Data

A game account is created automatically when you start the Game, and your progress is saved to the cloud. If you sign in with Google Play Games, you can restore your progress on a new device. Please keep your Google account secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your device or account. 4. Virtual Items and Currency

Gold, gems, cores, blueprints, towers and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are a limited license to use within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Game. We may change the balance, price or availability of Virtual Items as part of updates.

5. Purchases

  • Purchases are made through Google Play and processed by Google. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Some items have purchase limits (for example, once per day or once per account).
  • Items that contain random contents show their probabilities in the Game's shop ("Probability Info").
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and the laws that apply to you. Items you have already used, partly used bundles, and items whose effect starts right after purchase may not be refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • If a minor made a purchase without a parent's or guardian's consent, the purchase can be canceled as allowed by law.

6. Ads

The Game shows optional rewarded ads only when you choose to watch them. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fair Play

You agree not to: cheat, hack, or modify the Game or its save data; use bots, exploits or third-party tools to gain an advantage; interfere with our servers; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Game, except as the law allows; or use the Game in any illegal way. If we find such activity, we may remove affected Virtual Items or limit or suspend the account.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, change or stop parts of the Game at any time — for example, to fix bugs, change game balance or add content. Some updates may be required to keep playing. If we ever stop the Game entirely, we will try to give notice in the Game or on the store page in advance.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Game will always be available, free of errors, or that saved data will never be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you additional rights, those rights still apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, we will notify you in the Game or on this page. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

붐샷 디펜스 — 이용약관

이 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 모바일 게임 붐샷 디펜스(Boom Shot TD, 이하 "게임")의 이용에 관하여 이용자와 Moon2 Games(이하 "개발사") 사이의 약속입니다. 게임을 내려받거나 플레이하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 말아 주세요.

1. 이용 대상

이 게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 거주 국가의 법에 따른 미성년자는 보호자와 함께 이 약관을 읽고, 결제하기 전에 보호자의 동의를 받아 주세요.

2. 이용 권한

개발사는 이용자에게 본인 기기에서 비상업적인 오락 목적으로 게임을 내려받아 플레이할 수 있는 개인적 · 비독점적 · 양도 불가능하며 철회할 수 있는 권한을 드립니다. 게임의 그림 · 소리 · 코드 · 캐릭터 등 모든 권리는 개발사 또는 그 권리자에게 있습니다.

3. 게임 계정과 저장 데이터

게임을 시작하면 게임 계정이 자동으로 만들어지고 진행 상황이 클라우드에 저장됩니다. Google Play 게임즈로 로그인하면 새 기기에서도 진행 상황을 되찾을 수 있습니다. Google 계정은 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 다른 사람이 이용자의 기기나 계정을 사용해 생긴 손실에 대해서는 개발사가 책임지지 않습니다. 정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요: https://sites.google.com/view/moon2games/privacy-policy

4. 게임 아이템과 재화

골드 · 젬 · 코어 · 설계도 · 타워 등 게임 안 아이템(이하 "게임 아이템")은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 이용 권한입니다. 현금 가치가 없고, 현금으로 바꾸거나 게임 밖에서 팔거나 넘길 수 없습니다. 개발사는 업데이트를 통해 게임 아이템의 밸런스 · 가격 · 판매 여부를 바꿀 수 있습니다.

5. 결제

  • 결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며 Google이 처리합니다. 개발사는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.
  • 가격은 구매 전 상점에 표시됩니다. 일부 상품에는 구매 횟수 제한(하루 1회, 계정당 1회 등)이 있습니다.
  • 무작위 구성 상품의 확률은 게임 상점의 [확률 정보]에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 유료 상품은 구매 후 7일 이내에 청약철회(구매 취소)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 이미 사용한 상품, 일부를 사용한 묶음 상품, 구매 즉시 효과가 적용되는 상품은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책과 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.
  • 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인 또는 법정대리인이 법령에 따라 구매를 취소할 수 있습니다.

6. 광고

게임은 이용자가 직접 보기를 선택한 경우에만 보상형 광고를 보여 줍니다. 광고는 외부 광고 네트워크가 제공하며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

7. 공정한 플레이

다음 행위를 하지 말아 주세요: 게임이나 저장 데이터의 조작 · 해킹 · 변조, 봇 · 버그 악용 · 외부 프로그램으로 이득을 얻는 행위, 서버 방해, 법이 허용하는 경우를 제외한 게임의 복제 · 재판매 · 역설계, 그 밖의 불법적인 이용. 이런 행위가 확인되면 개발사는 관련 게임 아이템을 회수하거나 계정 이용을 제한 · 정지할 수 있습니다.

8. 업데이트와 변경

개발사는 버그 수정, 밸런스 조정, 콘텐츠 추가 등을 위해 언제든지 게임의 일부를 업데이트 · 변경 · 중단할 수 있습니다. 계속 플레이하려면 일부 업데이트가 필요할 수 있습니다. 게임 서비스를 완전히 종료하는 경우에는 가능한 한 미리 게임 안이나 스토어 페이지에 알리겠습니다.

9. 보증의 부인

게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발사는 게임이 항상 이용 가능하거나 오류가 없다는 것, 저장 데이터가 절대 사라지지 않는다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.

10. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발사는 간접적 · 결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 이용자에 대한 개발사의 전체 책임은 청구 전 6개월 동안 이용자가 게임에 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 이 약관의 어떤 내용도 포기할 수 없는 소비자 보호법상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

11. 준거법

이 약관은 미국 캘리포니아주 법을 따릅니다(저촉법 규정 제외). 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호법이 더 많은 권리를 보장하면 그 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다.

12. 약관의 변경

개발사는 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 게임 안이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관이 시행된 뒤에도 계속 플레이하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
